Getting outside to play and explore is a cornerstone of the ILSC experience. It’s a chance to relax after class and spend time with your new friends while practising English, French or Hindi in the real world. Whatever your interests, there are activities to match—from rock climbing and baseball games to theatre, music festivals and cultural tours.
Activities change periodically and vary depending on the season and weather. Check out our current and past activities calendars to see what activities are available at our New Delhi location year round.
If you are interested in practising yoga while in India, check our Yoga in New Delhi page.
After Class & Weekend Activities
Our activities help you discover New Delhi’s rich and diverse culture and history, all while connecting with your fellow students and practicing your language skills. Throughout the week, students can enjoy things like movie nights, bicycle tours of the city, visits to iconic historical sights and museums, dinners, workshops, and much more. On the weekends, take survival Hindi workshops, or go on a trip to the Taj Mahal.
You pay only for your transportation and entrance fees. An ILSC teacher or Activities Coordinator is your guide.
English on the Road
If you’re feeling adventurous and want to explore even more of India’s unique culture and landscape, we offer three amazing English on the Road tours that give you the chance to discover some of India’s northern regions. Tours connect you with other students on 6 or 9 day adventures. On certain dates, you can also combine two tours and enjoy a full 15 weeks of discovery! Learn more about our English on the Road tours
Ongoing School Events
